We're looking for a Traffic Administrator to support the day-to-day running of a busy transport operation. Acting as a key link between drivers, hauliers, warehouse teams, and transport colleagues, you'll help ensure vehicles, paperwork, and operational information are managed accurately and efficiently to keep the operation running smoothly.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Booking in drivers and ensuring site procedures are followed correctly
• Allocating vehicles to loading and unloading bays and supporting outbound dispatch activity
• Preparing, scanning, filing, and maintaining transport and operational documentation
• Responding to queries from drivers, hauliers, customers, and internal teams via phone and email
• Working closely with warehouse, transport, and planning teams to support operational priorities and vehicle movements

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO 

• Have strong administration and organisational skills, ideally gained within a transport, logistics, warehouse, or fast-paced operational environment
• Communicate confidently with a wide range of people, including drivers, hauliers, customers, and operational teams
• Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and processes
• Can manage changing priorities, stay organised under pressure, and work collaboratively as part of a team
