✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Completing a variety of warehouse administration tasks to support the smooth running of the operation.
• Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records to ensure 100% accuracy across site activities.
• Using IT and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track, update and manage operational information.
• Monitoring and supporting departmental KPIs and service targets.
• Working closely with operational teams to provide a high-quality, customer-focused service.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with health and safety procedures and site standards.
• Supporting the wider team with additional administrative duties as required.
• Contributing to the achievement of site objectives through accurate and timely administration.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO 

• Have strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Are comfortable using computer systems and can quickly learn new IT or Warehouse Management Systems.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.

• Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise their workload effectively.
• Work well independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
• Have a proactive attitude and are willing to support the wider operation when required.
