Location: Manton Wood 1 - Worksop
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Packaging Solutions Line Leader to join our operation. This is a dual-role position where you will be responsible for leading a team on the packaging line while also actively working alongside colleagues to ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are achieved.
As a key member of the operation, you will set the standard for performance, safety, and teamwork, providing support and guidance to operatives while maintaining productivity on the line.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Leading, motivating and supporting a team of Co-Pack Operatives

Working on the production line as required to meet operational demands

Ensuring daily production and customer targets are achieved

Monitoring workflow and allocating resources effectively throughout the shift

Conducting team briefings and providing clear communication on operational priorities

Ensuring products are packed accurately and in line with customer specifications

Identifying and escalating operational issues to management when necessary
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Previous experience in a team leader, line leader, supervisor, or senior operative role within a warehouse, manufacturing, packaging or logistics environment

A hands-on approach with the willingness to work on the line alongside the team

Ability to motivate and engage a team to achieve performance targets

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Basic IT skills would be advantageous
