We are looking for a Night Shift Flow Room Manager to manage a team in an highly automated warehouse environment.

 ✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Managing a team of Flow Controllers
• Monitoring Warehouse Automation screens
• Monitoring all alarms, resolving and escalating as appropria
• Maintain a full and comprehensive log throughout the shift (to contain details of all relevant events, actions, incidents and follow up activities)
• Actively monitor the status of plant and systems during operations critical activities
• Provide reports trended and/or statistical data related to the performance of systems as required
• Work in partnership with the automation supplier to support their Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule 
• Active shift handover to incoming control room team
• You will be the bridge between the customer and the site 
•  you will be response for all the Data retrieval and analysis

• Have strong operational knowledge of automoted logistics and warehousing ( Must have )
• Happy to work 5 days out of 7 , Night shift 23:00 -7:00
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving in relation to an automated warehouse system.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
• Experience of working within highly automated warehouse environments
• Experence in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as JDA/Blue Yonder or Warehouse Advantage (WA)
• together with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) including IWS and WAMAS
• Knowledge of SSI Schäfer and Vanderlande automated material handling equipment, conveyors, sortation systems and automated storage solutions is advantageous.
