✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Creating and maintaining production plans to ensure customer orders are delivered on time
• Working closely with customers and operational teams to manage changing priorities and resolve issues quickly
• Monitoring stock availability and investigating shortages to prevent production delays
• Producing reports, analysing performance, and communicating risks, priorities, and updates to stakeholders
• Supporting production planning systems, work orders, and operational administration to ensure accurate and efficient execution

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO 

• Have experience managing customer-facing relationships where communication, problem solving, and responsiveness are key
• Have excellent attention to detail and are comfortable working with numbers, stock information, and production data
• Are confident using Excel and IT systems to manage information and support decision making
• Can adapt quickly and respond positively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Are flexible in their approach and willing to support changing operational requirements and working patterns
