6 MONTH TEMPORARY CONTRACT

Pay Rate: £40,566
Contract Type: Full-time, 6 month temporary contract.
Shift patterns: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day, start times of 4am to 10am.
Location: Nottingham, NG7 2UL

Join DHL Supply Chain as an HGV Driver in Nottingham, responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of high-value goods while meeting customer, company, and legislative requirements.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Complete deliveries and collections safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
• Ensure all transport documentation and customer paperwork are completed accurately.
• Maintain compliance with driving hours, working time regulations, and company procedures.
• Assist with loading, unloading, checking, and securing goods while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Individuals with a valid Class 1 license and an up-to-date Driver CPC.(Essential)
• Drivers will ideally have at least 12 months experience driving Class 1.
• Candidates with strong safety awareness and a commitment to following procedures and legislation.
• People who take pride in delivering excellent customer service and representing DHL professionally.
• Reliable individuals with good literacy and numeracy skills who can accurately complete paperwork and follow instructions.
